Being the Mother of the Bride I could not be more pleased that we chose Sarah of Embark Event Design to be our Wedding Planner. Sarah was impressively on top of every detail from choosing venders, helping with the design details, and solving every question and hurdle we encountered. The wedding worked out beautifully with Sarah directing the entire event from helping the bridal party, arranging the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. She alleviated so much stress and worry for us throughout the year from start to finish. It was incredible to us how she was prepared for every detail we encountered. We flipped back and forth from April through July trying to decide if we wanted to postpone the wedding to next year. Sarah was so helpful, empathetic, and extremely efficient in presenting all the possible dates we could postpone to with the same venue and vendors we had already chosen and financially committed to. Working with Sarah is an absolute honor. I noticed Sarah’s talent long before we worked on my event together. Her eye for detail and incredible organization skills is the foundation of what brings all of her work to life. There was never a time that I doubted the completion of a project or the reaching of a deadline with Sarah. Words cannot describe what it was like to walk in to the venue the day of the event to see everything that she had worked so hard on, come alive. During the process, she took extra time to schedule countless calls and video visits, all while keeping the plan and vision on track. We start our design process by honing in on a few elements that make you you and aesthetics that bring you joy! From here, we work to fill your design proposal with colors, textiles, furniture, signage & more that will bring our design to life on wedding day - leaving guests with an experience that evokes emotion and tells your story from their first step in to the final goobye.
Once we have our overarching design inspiration in check, we work with you virtually or & in person to select the pieces that reflect this. We price out options for you to ensure that we achieve the feeling & look we are striving for at a price that feels comfortable to you. We chime in & let you know the areas that make the biggest difference in your overall design and any areas that we can save in.
We believe in open communication & timing you can trust. We love to connect with our couples to help build out each and every detail of wedding weekend! We handle call scheduling & meeting scheduling and believe in open email communication between each meeting. We take on a very limited number of couples each year to ensure that you feel taken care of each step of the way.
